Our country is about free trade, saving, investing, honesty, integrity, and equal opportunity. When your success grows, then give back to your local community in either time and/or money.

Take care of people when you can. People will make or break a business. When a business succeeds, then take “all” of your staff with you for the journey of success, and you will not fail. When they succeed, you will automatically succeed.

With that said, stand by these rules and make sure that others around you follow them in life. Too many people have forgotten what it takes to reach success. We do not need a larger, more expensive government. We just need more people to follow the above rules of life. If everyone demanded higher integrity, honesty, and to put people first 100% of the time, then we can get back what we seem to have lost in our society.

If every successful individual and business focused solely on their back yard such as Tampa Bay, then we would have a stronger community, and less tax demand for social services.

Judge a person on what is in the inside, not the outside. We should not divide our great country by race, religion or income as some people are trying to do. Everyone deserves an equal opportunity to reach the American Dream.
