Additional Benefits for IT Department
Bonus Time Off: IT Staff receive additional Paid Time Off when they work more than 96 project hours per pay period, they earn 1 hour PTO for every additional hour worked. If an employee worked 50 project hours per week for six months and 42 hours per week the following six months, then the employee would earn an additional 103 Paid Time Off hours in additional to his vacation time for a total of 4 1/2 weeks of vacation time per year.

Guaranteed Annual Bonus Program:
IT Staff earn guaranteed annual bonuses based on the gross revenues of the company. Such bonuses range from $8,000 to $15,000 per year. Since the entire company relies on the IT Department, we reward the staff to make sure that everything operates smoothly and sales continue to grow.

IT Department: - Two IT Teams

Internal Operations Team:

(2) VP.NET and ASP.NET programmers with 3+ years commercial experience in .NET and 5+ years in VB 6.0 and SQL 2000.

(1) DBA with 5+ years in DBA and DB design using .NET and VB to help support current DBA on existing internal projects.

Enterprise IT Team

This new team will be designing and building our next generation e-commerce, content management and private label system in SQL 2005 in VB .NET.

IT Positions: Enterprise DBA Architect, Enterprise E-commerce / Shopping Cart Architect, Enterprise VB & ASP.NET programmers. Must have college degree with 3+ years in .NET and 7+ years in programming with proven skills. Project management and documentation skills are required.

Web Department: 3+ years experience in HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Other web graphics. 4 Year college degree required. This team deigns our web sites, does database and daily content management.

Operations: MS-Word, Excel, type 40+ WPM, Phone and customer service support experience required.

Accounting Support: 1+ year college and practical experience. We are accepting interns for this position to support our main accountants on staff.

Operations Warehouse: No experience required. We will train for inventory management, receivables, and shipping.
